OUR STRENGTH POINTS

It is always very difficult to put into words what we feel towards our structure, but if we wanted to summarize we could start with "A little paradise in nature"

When you think of a structure located in a village you mainly think of the inconveniences that this can cause, but here this problem does not exist.

You will be welcomed by a splendid tree-lined avenue that will project you into the property which is entirely in the center of a private forest where as a first pampering you will have your parking space.

Every season we set up our outdoor area with deckchairs and sofas where you can relax under our wise pine trees and we carefully set them up under our gazebo for you to enjoy our barbecue with an exclusive view of the sunset that descends behind the marvelous dome of the S. Maria della church Compassion.

4 of our rooms have direct access to the garden and never like this year will your exclusive space be taken care of down to the smallest detail, you will find tables and chairs a stone's throw from the room.

I conclude with our flagship which is obviously our outdoor terrace where we serve our splendid breakfast as soon as the weather allows us.

INTOLERANCES/ALLERGIES

In today's society we are discovering more and more negative reactions to some foods that can be alleviated with a suitable diet, which is why here you can find a wide choice of gluten-free, lactose-free products, alternatives to caffeine and theine and vegetarian choices.
This starts from our rich breakfast buffet up to the proposals for the aperitif or the grill.

Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal, we know this well, and this is why every morning we await you with a rich, delicious and genuine buffet.
Here with us you can enjoy what you like most: fantastic croissants overflowing with cream (or pistachio, Nutella...), homemade cakes, a fresh yoghurt or our legendary flatbreads filled with ham, fontina or our favourites: tomato and mortadella!
You can enjoy your breakfast in our internal room or, on days that allow it, on our terrace in the company of the chirping of the birds.

WINE SHOP

How could we not dedicate a particular corner to wine, when we are in Via di Bacco?? It would have been a real affront...
So here we are, introducing you to our pride...
We started by keeping just a few bottles, for those who asked for them for an aperitif, and then reached 15 wineries and 55 labels including whites, rosés and reds.
We have tried to create a union between historic and younger companies, between those with the most redundant names and those less known, between those with classic refinements and those with "alternative" methods, but all with the passion and desire to make excellent products...

With our OPEN BOOKSHELF, which you find on the first floor in the Fireplace Room, it doesn't matter if you forgot to pack one in your suitcase, take it from the shelf, read it during your stay and put it back in its place at the end of your holiday...

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY

On holiday with your 4-legged friends? No problem... on the contrary, we can't wait to welcome you all and give your friend some good biscuits!
Podere San Filippo is a "Pet Friendly" structure: four of our rooms have direct access to the outside, so that your pets can stretch their legs and do their business in complete tranquillity. On request we can provide you with soft bunks in the room so that it is a perfect holiday for them too!
We will also provide you with all the information you need to enjoy your stay without worries, such as beaches you can visit, restaurants in the area that accept pets and useful numbers of vets in the area in case of emergency.

E-BIKE RENT

Available from March to November each year

Another service that makes us particularly proud is E-Bike rental.

It comes from the desire to make the beauties of our territory known in a sustainable way, even to those who are not particularly trained!

We can recommend excursions or organize tours with certified guides during which you will have the opportunity to see unique landscapes and admire our Tuscan countryside in all its beauty, but also ancient villages, beaches and cellars with tasting of typical products.

It is an experience for everyone not to be missed!

The service is not exclusive to the guests of the Podere San Filippo but is open to all those who want to enjoy our territory in a natural way.
